Questions about pricing
What actually changes between tiers?
Only two things: the most capital a single trade may commit, and how many strategies you can run at the same time. Every tier gets the same engine, the same exit logic, the same AI chat, and the same marketplace access.
I'm already a member. Does my price change?
No. Your existing plan and price stay exactly as they are. You keep your current billing until you decide to switch, and switching is entirely optional.
Do I need to buy a strategy to use the platform?
No. You can automate your own strategy from TradingView or any webhook and never subscribe to a marketplace listing at all. That is what the base tier is designed for. Several marketplace strategies are also free.
What happens during the two-week trial?
You get the full platform with live trading, running at Starter limits: $250 max per trade and one active strategy. Whichever plan you picked takes effect when billing starts on day 15. A card is required and one trial is allowed per account. You are not charged before day 15, so cancelling first costs nothing.
What else does it cost to run?
Your broker charges its own commissions and regulatory fees, and cloud hosting runs roughly $5 to $7 a month if you host the bot with us rather than locally. Neither is billed by StaxInvesting.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay only the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep your current limits until then.
