Every page, feature, and risk control — explained in plain English. The same docs our members use, open for anyone to read.

Your Pages

Your subscription includes the in-house StaxInvesting alerts. You can add more by subscribing to a strategy in the Marketplace.

How to add one

  1. Open Marketplace.
  2. Browse the Available Strategies shelf. Each one shows its track record, so you can see how it's actually performed before you pay for it.
  3. Open a strategy to see its full history, and use the simulator to see what it would have returned at your position size.
  4. Subscribe.

What you get

Within a few seconds of subscribing, three things happen:

  1. The strategy appears as a new source on Your Alerts Page, and its alerts start arriving live.
  2. Its past alerts stop being delayed on the Alerts Tracker — you get the full history immediately, not just alerts from here on.
  3. You're given access to that strategy's private Discord channel, if it has one.

For example, subscribe to a spread strategy at 10:14 and an alert it fires at 10:15 reaches your Alerts page the moment it's called — with a sound, if you have sounds on.

Note

If the private Discord channel doesn't appear, make sure your Discord account is linked. There's a Link your Discord button on the confirmation screen, and on your Billing page.

Cancelling a source

Cancel from Billing, under Marketplace Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. After that the source disappears from your Alerts page and its alerts go back to being delayed on the Alerts Tracker.

What you can't add

The Markets shelf isn't shown on your subscription. Markets unlock additional asset classes for the automated trading bot, so there's nothing for them to apply to on an alerts subscription. Indicators and apps are available, and work normally.
