If you publish a strategy, your alerts can post straight into your own Discord server the moment you take a trade — under your name, in your words, with only the details you choose to share.

This is separate from anything we post. Your members see your alert in your channel, with no mention of us anywhere on it.

Setting it up

Open Marketplace, find your strategy (it's marked with a green YOURS tag), and click Edit. Near the bottom you'll see a collapsed section called Your Own Discord Alerts — click it to open.

First you need a webhook from Discord. A webhook is just a private address that lets something post into one specific channel:

1. In Discord, open Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks.
2. Click New Webhook, and pick the channel your alerts should land in.
3. Click Copy Webhook URL.

Paste that into the Discord webhook URL box, tick Send my alerts to this webhook, and click Send test alert. A sample alert should appear in your channel within a second or two. Then click Save Discord settings.

Warning

Treat the webhook URL like a password. Anyone who has it can post messages into that channel, and they'll look like they came from you. Don't paste it into a public chat, and if it ever leaks, delete the webhook in Discord and create a new one.

Choosing what to share

Under What to include you decide what goes in every alert. Untick anything you'd rather keep to yourself — the alert simply gets shorter.

Direction — whether it's a PUT or a CALL (LONG or SHORT on futures).

Suggested Option — the exact contract, like BTO SPY 8/28 774p.

Alerted Time — when you took the trade, in Eastern time.

Entry Price — what the contract cost when you alerted it.

RVOL — how busy the stock is compared with a normal day.

Chart Link — a TradingView link to the contract.

TradingView P&L screenshot — a chart of the trade, attached when it closes, showing the move from your entry to its best price.

Disclaimer — small print at the bottom, in your own words.

The Preview panel beside the checkboxes updates as you tick and untick, so you can see exactly what your members will get before you save anything. Use the Entry and Close tabs to see both halves of a trade.

Example

You only want to give away the setup, not your entry timing. Tick Direction, Suggested Option and Chart Link, and untick the rest. Your members see "PUT · BTO SPY 8/28 774p · chart" and nothing else.

Your own wording

Alert heading replaces the plain heading at the top. Leave it blank and you'll get something like SPY PUT ALERT!.

You can drop in {ticker}, {direction}, {strategy}, {strike} and {expiry} and we'll fill them in per trade. So 🔥 {ticker} {direction} — my setup becomes 🔥 SPY PUT — my setup.

Message is a short note shown above the details. Good for a standing line like "Sizing is 1–2% per trade."

Disclaimer is your own small print, shown at the bottom in grey. It's blank by default and stays blank unless you write something — we never put our own wording in your channel.

Note

Anything you type in the heading, message or disclaimer is posted as plain text. Typing @everyone won't ping your server — it just shows up as the words @everyone.

When a trade closes

You get two choices, and the right one depends on how long you hold.

Update the original alert edits your first message, marks it [CLOSED], and adds the result. It keeps your channel tidy — one message per trade. The catch is that Discord doesn't move an edited message or send a notification for it, so on a trade you held for three days the update lands three days up the channel where nobody is looking.

Post a new closing alert leaves the original alone and posts a fresh message at the bottom with the result and a link back to the entry. Your members actually see it.

Tip

Day trading? Use Update the original alert — the entry is still on screen, and a second message is just noise. Swing trading? Use Post a new closing alert, every time.

Either way the closing alert carries the result (WIN, LOSS or BE), the exit price, the dollar profit or loss per contract, and the percentage.

Example

You alert BTO SPY 8/28 774p at $0.88 and close it at $0.94. Your members see WIN, Exit Price $0.94, +$6.00 per contract, and +6.82%.

If it stops working

The section header shows a small badge: Off, On, or Not delivering.

Not delivering means Discord rejected our last attempt — almost always because the webhook was deleted, or the channel it pointed at was removed. Open the section and you'll see what Discord said. Create a fresh webhook, paste the new URL, and send a test alert.

Note

A broken webhook never affects your trades or the alerts your subscribers receive through the platform. It only means your own Discord channel is missing out until you fix it.

You can turn Send my alerts to this webhook off at any time. Your webhook and all your choices are remembered, so turning it back on later takes one click.
