See exactly how the software works

Every page, feature, and risk control — explained in plain English. The same docs our members use, open for anyone to read.

Your Pages

The Alerts page is your home. Every alert from every signal source on your subscription lands here the moment it fires — no refreshing, no scrolling Discord to find the one you missed.

How it works

New alerts appear at the top of the list and flash briefly so you can spot them without staring. Each one shows you:

  • The ticker — the contract or symbol the alert is on.
  • The direction — LONG or SHORT.
  • Which signal source called it, so you know whose alert you're reading.
  • The price when the alert fired, and the exit price once it closes.
  • The move so far, as a percentage.
  • The time it fired, and whether it's still open or closed.

When an alert closes, its row updates in place and the percentage settles at the final result. You won't get a second row for the same trade — one alert, one line, start to finish.

List or cards

Use the List and Cards buttons in the top right to switch layouts.

  • List is dense — more alerts on screen at once. Best on a desktop.
  • Cards gives each alert more room, which is easier to read on a phone.

Your choice is saved to your account, so it follows you between your phone and your computer. On a narrow phone screen the list switches to the card layout automatically, because five columns won't fit legibly.

The "Live" indicator

Next to the page title you'll see Live with a green dot when you're connected. If it says Reconnecting, the page has lost its connection and is falling back to checking every 30 seconds — you'll still get every alert, just with a short delay until it reconnects. Nothing is ever lost: when the connection comes back, anything that fired while you were offline appears straight away.

Tip

Leave this page open on a second monitor or on your phone during the session. It's built to sit there all day.

What you'll see here

Only the sources you actually subscribe to. Your in-house StaxInvesting alerts are included with your subscription, and anything you buy from the Marketplace is added automatically. For how delayed results on other sources work, see Why Some Alerts Are Delayed.

Note

This page is for what's happening now. For the full searchable history of every alert ever called — with filters, win rates and breakdowns — use the Alerts Tracker.
