Your Pages

Some paid strategies in the Marketplace come with their own private Discord channel, where that strategy's alerts are posted as they happen. Connecting your Discord account is how you get in.

You only have to do this once. After that, every paid strategy you subscribe to adds you to its channel automatically, and every one you cancel takes you back out.

Why it's a separate step

Your StaxInvesting account and your Discord account are two different things, and there's no way for us to guess which Discord user is you — plenty of people use a different name and a different email address there. Connecting the two tells us where to send your invitation.

Your signals, your dashboard, and your automated trading all work whether or not you connect Discord. The only thing you miss out on is the strategy's private chat channel.

How to connect

There are two places to do it:

  • Right after you subscribe. When your payment goes through, the confirmation shows a Connect Discord button. This is the easiest moment to do it.
  • From the Billing page, any time. Each paid strategy you're subscribed to has a Discord row. If it says Connect Discord, click it. If it says Connected, you're already set.

Clicking the button opens Discord in a new tab and asks you to approve the connection. Discord only shares your username with us — never your password, your messages, or your other servers. Approve it, and you'll see a confirmation page. You can close that tab and go back to your dashboard.

Note

You need to be a member of the StaxInvesting Discord server for this to work. If you connect your account but haven't joined the server yet, the confirmation page will tell you — join, and your channels appear on their own.

A worked example

Say you subscribe to DOPE Spreads at $49/month on the 3rd of the month:

  1. Your payment goes through and the strategy's signals start arriving in your dashboard straight away.
  2. The confirmation shows Connect Discord. You click it and approve.
  3. Within a few seconds, the private DOPE Spreads channel appears in your Discord sidebar, and you can see the alerts being posted there.

If you skip step 2, everything still works — you just won't see the Discord channel. Go to Billing whenever you're ready and click Connect Discord there instead.

What happens when you cancel

Cancelling a paid strategy stops future billing right away, but you keep everything you've paid for until the end of the current month. That includes the Discord channel — it disappears from your sidebar on the same day the signals stop, not before. See Billing for more on how cancellation timing works.

If you subscribe again later, you get the channel back automatically. You won't have to reconnect Discord — that connection stays.

Tip

If you run more than one StaxInvesting account, connect Discord on the account that actually pays for the strategy. That's the account the channel access is tied to.

If your channel doesn't appear

A few things to check, in order:

  • Are you in the StaxInvesting Discord server? Channel access can only be granted to someone who's already a member.
  • Does Billing show "Connected"? If it still shows a Connect Discord button, the connection didn't complete — click it again.
  • Did you connect the right Discord account? If you have more than one, you may have approved while signed in to the wrong one. Click Connect Discord again and approve from the account you actually use.

If it still doesn't show up after that, contact support with your username and the strategy name.

Changing which Discord account is connected

Click Connect Discord again from the Billing page while signed in to the Discord account you want to use. The new account replaces the old one, and your channel access moves across with it.
